Intel:

This Operation will be run in a format familiar to those that have attended
HMSG vietnam operations in the past. A dynamic story line will unfold in front

and freelancing and lone wolves will not be tolerated! Adhearing to the COC ensures a smooth operation and
success in your mission.
This will be a 16 hour continuous
operation. Participants will arrive at the firebase at 0800 and participate in
2-3 hours of training prior to the start of combat operations. Once combat
has started it will run until endex at approximately midnight. Come prepared!!!

Show up ready to go!! Mags should be loaded and our gear should be able to be
deployed once you arrive at the FOB. We will not wait for you! Bring enough food, water,
ammo, batteries and whatever else you may need to complete the operation.

keep on in mind ....
this is not your average event.
we need role players
keep it legit!
just because you are playing taliban.
does not mean you should show up in OD's or woodlands....
looking like some blackhawk down ranger..or some seal team from tears of the sun.
or some special forces badass from vietnam.
if u have a kit like that just pick up a pair of DCU's or ACU's for 30$ somewhere.
and roll US
if you need gear PM me.

Check out the first post for updated information on Op: Centurion

Registration is now open.Take advantage of the early bird discount. Registration is $35.

PayPal:bitcrusher@digilogstudios.net
Smokes ($8) and MREs ($10) are available for pre-order when you register. Let Sgt Diez know how many you want.

Op Centurion is a MilSim event. You will operate as units under a command structure. Don't get bogged down on the details of weapons and uniforms. The point of midcaps is to force guys to switch mags and be confronted with the need to conserve ammo or risk getting shot during reloads. Teamwork will see you through. If you have played an HMSG event then you know what to expect. Unbelievable game play. Realistic medic rule. Awesome.

OP Centurion: Medic Rule

OP Centurion will use a very simple and realistic casualty system.
Before you go into combat you will be issued a casualty card by your squad medic. Make sure to approach a medic if you were not issued a casualty card. You are responsible for carrying a Casualty Card at all times. Carry your casualty card in your right breast pocket so the medic can find it quickly. Don’t worry if you lose your cards during combat. You can get a new one from any medic.
During combat if you are hit by a BB act like you have been shot with a bullet.
Simple as that.

If you are near a simulated explosion or a grenade detonates close by - use your best judgment to determine if you are wounded. We trust that you will go with what is best for the situation.

OP Centurion is like a movie. If you are hit, get into the scene and play your part. Other participants will do the same for you when they become a casualty.
To reiterate: When you are hit you should act like you have just been shot with a bullet. It’s your job to act this part out. Really get into it. Fall to the ground. Scream. Moan. Or simply collapse and lay still. This is your chance to add to the realism of the OP. Yell for a medic or a buddy. Each unit will have a medic with the training and equipment to treat your wounds and return you to the fighting as a reinforcement.

If there is an intense firefight underway it is OK for you to crawl out of the way or find some cover from the shooting. If you are concerned about your personal safety do not fall down - just move away from the combat until you are in an area you feel is safe. You may shout if you want the other game participants to hold their fire.

Your casualty card will determine the extent of your wound and how it should be treated. As the wounded soldier you don't need to worry about what the casualty card - these are for guiding the medic in how to treat you and return you to combat.

After you have been treated OP Centurion staff will return you to combat as a replacement.
